People believe that the paranormal can exist, and some simply don’t want to believe. However, here in Gettysburg, most people understand that there is a different feeling in the air. Citizens and soldiers of the past continue to live in the houses and fight the battle that dot the landscape around town. One of these is the Jennie Wade Museum, or at 548 Baltimore Street.
On November 2022, one of my own experiences was with Soul Seekers Supernatural. Allan O’Hanlon was here doing an investigation and had the camera on a tripod within the Kitchen of the northern side of the duplex, the same kitchen that Jennie Wade used to make bread for her sister, the family, and soldiers during the Battle of Gettysburg in July 1863.
We were both outside, and the camera was recording. I can’t remember the guide’s name, but he told Allan that only he was allowed in the house, which I knew already ahead of time. I would then proceed to drive the 5 minutes to my own house in town to listen/watch the live event. The event went live and I was already home.
Therefore, if the three of us were outside during this picture that was taken, who’s foot did the camera capture? Who’s the owner of this shoe that came into the frame? if you look closely at the shoe, you can somehow see “through” it.
