The generosity of Georgia’s and John fifth child, John Harry “Johnie” McClellan is what the meaning of family is all about. He would grow up with his immediate family and support his brothers and sisters whenever he could. When his brother’s wife suddenly passed away, his brother needed help taking care of the children.
Mr. McClellan would work for the Western Union Telegraph Company. They wouldn’t have any children together, but, they adopted one of his brother’s children. Jobe “Green” McClellan was adopted.
