After the death of her husband George Washington Shriver within Andersonville in August 1864, Henrietta and her two daughters were mourning. However, it was short-lived because the Henrietta would marry two years later in 1866.

The daughters that Henrietta had with George never had children, so the family tree of the Shrivers ended with them. However, the family tree continues since she had another daughter with her second husband, Daniel Pittenturf who is pictured above.

Henrietta’s daughter that she had with Daniel was given the name Lillian. She would marry William Hollebaugh Sr., and they would have four children together in late 1890s and early 1900s. Only one of them had their own children, and that was Henrietta Pearl Hollebaugh who married Samuel Reese Abbott. The other children would not have children, but did get married. Sadly, this family tree is not the same tree of the Hollabaugh’s that farm the northern portions of Adams County, and seems that they are not related in any way.
